What to Expect in a Session:

We can connect online, by phone, or in person—whatever suits you best. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person ones, and many clients find comfort in their familiar surroundings without the need for travel. However you choose, it’s all about your comfort and convenience.

You have the option of a one-hour session or a 90-minute session. We can discuss this during an initial 20-minute complimentary session to determine which suits you best. Or, if you’re eager to begin your transformation, we can dive right in and start working together because you’re ready for change.

The number of sessions depends on you, but most people typically benefit from 4 to 6 sessions. This is considered brief intervention therapy, as I aim to empower you to make significant changes efficiently. However, if you’re looking for coaching or continue with personal development coaching after overcoming specific challenges, we can certainly maintain a more regular schedule.
