How does it work?
Coaching is conversational change. My role as a coach is to assist the coachee to find their own solutions to problems or to achieve goals through conversation. This can take place at work, at home, or simply meeting in a coffee shop.
It can also help deal with issues and challenges before they become major problems as well as enhancing performance.

Confidence Coaching either 1:1 or as a group /workshop is something I has a particular passion for. Allowing young people to recognise and understand the potential and resources they already have and how they can use that to take them forward in life.
Whether it’s dealing with stress, issues at home or school or finding direction personally or for a career, coaching can assist with all of these areas.
I share my own story as an extremely unconfident, nervous, underachieving and bullied child from which I have drawn useful learnings from and now use in my adult life and wishes coaching and a more open mindset was available to me and my parents when I was young.
I also offer coaching for staff in all areas of their working life for improved resilience, well-being, stress reduction, better relationships with colleagues and career choices. The coaching can also involve identifying and utilising personality profiling.
