Hypnotherapy meets Hip Hop dance. As a huge believer in combining dance with therapy, I approached Toby Gornaik MBE from Street Factory Plymouth, with a long-held idea. Ten months later Toby has made it into an amazing choreographed piece of dance theatre. Huge thanks to Toby and dancers Lila and Jackson for bringing my dream idea to the stage.
